Welcome to Cats Protection Volunteering page for Downham Market Adoption Centre
As a charity, we rely on the generosity and kindness of the public to enable us to go on caring for cats and kittens across Norfolk and the wider UK. Our work never stops, so your support, in whatever form and whatever amount of time you are able to give it, is vital to us.
We have a range of volunteer roles at Cats Protection, which you may be interested in.
If you are interested in any, please click on it and complete the form. We will respond as soon as we are able. Alternatively email us on email@example.com
If there are no roles showing, then we may not be recruiting at this time..
Applicants must be over 14 years of age however, any volunteer under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note - we are a rural centre in a remote location, so whilst a car is recommended to be able to get to the centre, please do think about how you might get to us if you are thinking of volunteering.
Our Supawstore at Tottenhill also accepts volunteers, please get in touch with them direct Click here for more details.
Thank you for considering volunteering with Cats Protection.
At present, we have an opportunity for Cat Care Volunteers on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the centre - if you are interested in this role, please click on the link below...
Cat Care Volunteer
Across Cats Protection our feline friends looking for new homes are cared for either at our adoption centres, by volunteer fosterers in their own homes or in purpose built pens in their gardens. Our cat care volunteers are part of a passionate team that look after and meet the needs of cats whilst they are in our care. This is an exciting role for cat lovers, as our cat care volunteers get to spend time directly with the cats when cleaning their pens, helping with feeding and when enriching their lives before they find their forever homes.
